The article was live on The Daily Mail website- Mail online for almost half an hour before it was replaced with the correct story. It is also said to have included quotes from prosecuters such as “justice had been done” which must question the integrity of the journalist….

Other stories stated that she had collapsed in tears following the ‘guilty’ verdict. A number of other newspaper websites had reportedly got the story wrong by jumping the gun in an attempt to be the first to break the news.
